MindTorch is a not-for-profit organisation that helps Life Science and Medical students (at various stages of their university education) gain insight and expertise from mentors to achieve their career goals.

Mentors – Scientific, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Health experts (as well as alternative careers e.g. Consultants, Patent Attorneys and Finance experts) – ‘pay it forward’ by sharing their knowledge, insight and experience with Life Science and Medical students while fostering collaborative relationships.

MindTorch® agrees to facilitate a mentoring scheme through the voluntary and non-compulsory introduction of parties and the provision of a suggested non-obligatory framework within which to conduct a mentoring relationship. MindTorch® takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality and accuracy of the information provided to the parties during the mentoring scheme but neither the MindTorch®, nor its employees, contractors or associated parties, will be responsible for the suitability of the introductions or the framework nor of the completeness or accuracy of any information whether provided by MindTorch® or by a third party.

Further, MindTorch®, its employees, contractors or associated parties will not be responsible for the success or otherwise of any mentoring partnership or relationship, nor for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or claims for compensation howsoever arising from the performance or non-performance of the mentoring relationship. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by MindTorch® negligence, MindTorch® shall not be liable to any mentor or mentee by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent) for any indirect, special or consequential loss or any other loss however caused under the mentoring scheme.

The following are the Terms and Conditions for use of the company’s system and services (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’) provided by the MindTorch.
Using our system and/or services will be considered by us to indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions including our Privacy Policy and will form a legally binding contract between you and the Company (MindTorch Group).
By completing the registration process, you are agreeing that you are eligible for an account and that you agree to abide by our terms, conditions and policies.
The service is offered to you on the condition that you accept in totality, without abstraction or modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained in this document. You re-affirm your agreement every time you use the System or the services whether or not you have paid a subscription fee.

Visitors to the system who do not apply for Registration or who do not have membership affirm their acceptance to these terms and conditions each time they visit the system r use the services.

Your agreement is directly with the company and not any website or affiliate that you are using to access this service.
